The company aims to invest in India focused turnaround companies, with a focus on mid-sized companies. The Fund will generate superior returns from business turnaround by investing at attractive valuations. The fund management team has vast experience in both leading companies to a growth path as well asl turning around loss making companies.
The aim of the fund management team is to achieve significant capital appreciation and value unlocking by the mentorship and guidance extended to the Investee Companies facing the challenge of effecting immediate and significant change under turn-aroundsituations.
These include operational and financial turn-arounds, recapitalisation, and situations arising from lack of access to capital.
The expertise of the fund management team enables the company to such investments through equity, quasi equity, equity linked instruments, debt linked instruments, convertible debt instruments and
other long-term instruments such as preference shares, conditional/convertible debentures, other unlisted securities by taking stake with significant influence over their strategic and operational decisions.
